The Stamina Versa-Bell II 25 lb. dumbbell is nine dumbbells in one. This innovative dumbbell adjusts from 5 lbs. to 25 lbs. and replaces nine individual dumbbells, but is the size of one so you save space and money without sacrificing quality. Its the perfect way to add dumbbells to your home workout area.

The dial mechanism makes changing weight fast and easy for uninterrupted workouts. As you dial, the weight minder shows the weight you've chosen.

Add the Stamina SPS Versa-Bell dumbbell Stand (sold separately) to hold a pair of 25 lb. Versa-Bell II dumbbells. With a footprint of just 23 inches x 19.75 inches, it fits easily into most workout areas.

Simply turn the dial to increase or decrease the dumbbell's weight in 2.5 pound increments in a matter of seconds
