Snug-Grip's contoured, ergonomic rubber handle supports the hands natural curvature, creating a comfortable solid grip. The snap-in rings are a 1/2 inch thick, and are four times thicker than any plate-loaded rubber dumbbells. Our patented Dura-Lock End Cap System secures the dumbbell with over a 100 foot pounds of pressure, making this product lock tight.
